MySymplyApp Companion

MySymplyApp Companion — Optional Daily Support

The MySymplyApp Companion provides optional reminders and check-ins based on settings chosen by you. It can organise recorded information, identify changes in your own entries, and notify an approved carer when predefined events occur.

  • "You recorded more tremor concerns during the past three days."
  • "Your midday medication has not yet been marked as taken."
  • "Would you like to add this information to your appointment report?"
  • "A scheduled check-in has not been completed."
  • "An approved carer can be notified if you choose."

Every reminder and carer alert is controlled by your settings and explicit consent. The Companion does not perform autonomous medical monitoring.

Why MySymplyApp exists

A Founder's Story

Jay Gilbert · Founder and CEO, BranchX Limited

MySymplyApp was created from my own experience as a family carer. My mum has lived with Parkinson's for 23 years and was asked to keep daily notes for her specialist.

When appointments came around, she often struggled to remember changes in her symptoms — and valuable information could easily be missed.

She found daily notes difficult, and appointments became stressful. I built MySymplyApp to give people living with neurological conditions, and the people who care for them, a simple and accessible way to capture their health story as it happens and prepare for appointments with greater confidence.
