Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 July 2026.

These terms are a contract between you and BranchX Limited("Symply", "we"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

1. What Symply is — and is not

Symply is a health diary and appointment-preparation tool. It helps you keep a record of symptoms, medication, and evidence, and share structured summaries with the people you choose. Symply is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. In an emergency call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 to create an account for yourself, and you must provide accurate contact information. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload content you don't have the right to share.
  • Do not attempt to attack, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
  • Do not use Symply to store information about people who have not consented.
  • Care circle members must respect the privacy notice they accept before viewing any patient data.

4. Content you create

You own the recordings, notes, transcripts, and documents you upload. You grant Symply the limited licence needed to store, process, transcribe (if you enable it), display back to you, and share with the people you explicitly authorise.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep Symply available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or make changes. We will give reasonable notice of material changes and, where possible, a way to export your data first.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm others. You may close your account at any time from Account & Privacy; a 30-day cancellation window applies before permanent erasure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Symply is provided "as is" and BranchX Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for medical outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Consumer users retain the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live.
